I've written before, in a previous blog, about how I hear music almost constantly. Lately, an old gospel tune has been running around in my brain. I have been trying to find a full set of the lyrics on the internet, but have had no success.

A Night Out
I had a good time last night.
The county Parks and Recreation Department here has, for the past eight years, organized a Valentine's Dance. They sell tickets for a complete evening's entertainment, for couples, and it includes snacks, dinner, door prizes, and dancing with a live band, in the old historic county courthouse. My Honey found out about it at work, and arranged for us to attend.

People Look At Me Funny...
I go through life with a soundtrack. I grew up during a time when people sang, or played instruments, or both, all the time. They did this instead of going to concerts or watching a performance on TV, mostly because at that time, no one could afford those things. But you know what? I think they were happier, better adjusted people.
